Brett was very helpful during my order. He answered all of my questions and provided support about my purchase. Very helpful and friendly customer service! Thank you, Brett!

My customer service representative, Bret Bennett, was exceptional. He pursued every avenue to make sure my order was completed to my satisfaction. Talk about going the extra mile, Bret did just that. My concentrator works as advertised. Thanks so much.

I was extremely happy with the customer service. The representative who helped me was very responsive, answered all my questions, and made picking and buying a portable oxygen concentrator for my mom really easy. My mom loves the product too, and it's reassuring to know there is tech support standing by to help if necessary.

The staff members are knowledgeable and very helpful. I also enjoy, learn and benefit from the newsletters.

I love the convenience and feeling free and able to go out without worrying about running out of O2. I just wish you sold the backpack that other makers sell. ( concentrator in front and fully closed back section )

Colton called us from an inquiry through the internet very quickly. He was informative, cooperative and supportive of my father's situation. We ordered the equipment that same day, and received the order within two days. Overall an excellent experience.

All my questions were answered prior to purchase. Ordering the device was quick, easy, and even pleasant. Delivery was on time. And I really appreciated the follow-up zoom call to go over the care and use of the devise.

I’m pleased with the product and service.
