I will be forever grateful to Lucas (my sales rep) for his compassionate-knowledgeable-excellent care of me & for my immediate o2 medical supply needs, from start to finish! During this most difficult time in my 54 years of life medically; I cannot give anything else but excellent praise for this company, its services and products, but more importantly I am eternally grateful to Lucas for his outstanding services! Another amazing person ‘on the o2 front-lines’ of this Worldwide pandemic, helping everyone with o2 needs with heartfelt care.

Bret was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and professional and, above all, very friendly and easy to work with. Correct unit chosen, ordered and delivered quickly and efficiently. Thank you Bret

Bret was extremely helpful. He was patient and listened to my father's needs and then matched him to the perfect oxygenator for him. We walked away with exactly what we needed. Everything was professional and prompt. Will highly recommend to others.

On Monday, 8/23/2021, I met with Joshua D'Estrada who provided me extremely helpful advice about my Caire Freestyle Comfort portable O2 concentrator. Josh provided details not otherwise available in a clear and understandable manner and took the time needed to help me understand. I particular he called my attention to the green light that signals an inhalation, agreed that it should be more prominent and discussed the limitations of the device for intense aerobic exercise.

Great Service Called the phone number listed in my product purchase to obtain supplies; spoke with a gentleman who worked with me to "describe" my unit and determine which one I had, then took the order for my supplies. Contact was professional. I was surprised about the price for batteries, but then everything is going up. Product was received in 2 days, I had been told it might be longer, was happy for it not to be.

Good people to deal with. Knowledgeable and very helpful. Easy to get the concentrator ordered and delivered.

Bret was so helpful with my husband's portable oxygen concentrator! We didn't have much time to get the new one and Bret contacted the Doctor's office and took care of everything for us and we received the box in a few days. Wonderful service!!
