I have had excellent help every time I have visited Oxygen Concentrator Store. Recently I called because my 4 year old Inogen portable concentrator had an error message. I believe the person I spoke to at the Oxygen Concentrator Store was Nick. Over the phone he helped troubleshoot the issue, suggested I needed column replacements, and ordered them for me. I was happy he could diagnose the problem over the phone. What impressed me more was when he called me some time after I had received the parts to make sure I had no issues installing the columns and that they took care of the issue. That is what I call caring customer service.
