The purchase experience was painless and quick. My only negative is that the return deadlines is 14 days after receipt which is not reasonable under all circumstances. I had an unusual experience, in that my husband went into the hospital where he remained for 3 weeks before passing on Nov. 1, 2021. I was living in the ICU with him during this time and had no way to commute the distance home to package up a unit and ship it back to get a refund during this 14 days. I have a brand new unit that I don't need. I will not return the item the the "used" store and receive pennies back on my dollars. The 14 day return is not reasonable.
