So speedy and helpful!

Christa was an incredible resource and did an excellent job of guiding me through a complex process of researching product, finding the right fit, and guiding me through my own financing through CareCredit. Only thing I would have preferred is longer than 6 months interest free from CareCredit. As it was, it was the same cost as renting from the local respiratory company and I own this made in USA portable (not assembled like some) and from a Colorado company. My machine should arrive within 24 hours as I ordered by the shipping cutoff time! I am very satisfied with the process and looking forward to more mobility and not dragging tanks around. As a former fire chief, burned in a wildland fire as my vehicle was overcome by flames, I wish I had done this sooner! Thank you Christa!

The young man who answered my questions and sold me the filter for my oxygen concentrator gave me outstanding service! I feel badly that I don’t remember his name. I only remember him mentioning his name once. He was polite, knowledgeable, eager to satisfy the needs of the customer (me), I was pleasantly surprised at his kind, polite demeanor. I was very thankful a representative of his capabilities and kind, concerned customer service demeanor waited on me! I would give anything if I could address him personally as he deserves a huge Thank You for being so good to me!!

Finally received my concentrator which was significantly delayed by courier service used by company. I am retracting my prior 1 star rating. The company itself was excellent in locating the requested medical device and shipping it out timely. The company did respond to my initial complaint timely, although they indicated I should issue the complaint to UPS instead. I felt the need to complain to them so they would be aware of the shipping problems and perhaps issue their own complaint to their courier and perhaps consider a higher priority shipping method when filling medical life/death oxygen concentrator orders.

I haven't received the product I ordered yet, but it has been shipped. For now, I can only comment on the purchasing process. The website was extremely helpful in sorting out the products. My representative, Sean Lowe was outstanding. He knows his stuff! Very helpful and patient and answered all my questions. He even helped me on a Sunday when I didn't think he worked that day. Also helpful in obtaining the prescription for the product I ordered.

Sean was very patient and helpful with the whole purchase process. He kept in touch without being a bother.
