I sent my Mother’s unit for repair. I received confirmation it arrived and it was shipped back to me in a timely manner. All representatives I spoke with were polite and helpful. The machine is working great. I only wish it wasn’t a $550 ‘package’ to get things fixed. People can’t really diagnose what is wrong on our own, so it leaves one little choice but to pay the $550 to get whatever is wrong with the unit corrected.

It's hard to trust salespeople on line that you have never met! Well not Nick. He was very professional from the very beginning and no pressure! He also was willing to go above and beyond in order to close the sale. So far the product is A+++ and the service that is offered is above and beyond! I've had 4 concentrators and this one is the best again-so far.

Our sales agent was very polite and listened to our needs. We got a discount on the concentrator we were buying and he threw in some nose cannula's also. The concentrator was to us before the week was over.

Well, as you would guess. As soon as I left a 5 star review my unit started acting up. This was just 3 or 4 days into using it, and it is getting worse by the hours. Oxygen Concentrator Store will replace the unit but they want me to pay for the new one first and then reimburse me later. I am not real impressed with this concept. I am considering returning it and looking elsewhere now.

Great service from Nick at the Oxygen Concentrator Store. My new portable oxygen concentrator arrived in a couple days via UPS. I have had it a week now and it is working well as expected with no problems at all. I also appreciate the free 3-year manufacturer's warranty. Nick was responsive and patient in answering all my questions. Nick is not a high-pressure salesperson, which I really appreciate.
