Wonderful, prompt service given to us on our recent need for concentrator repairs. Our machine was not working properly. We shipped it back in the origional box and within three weeks it was returned working perfectly. Can't beat that for service!

Everything moved smoothly with Oxygen Concentrator Store from when I first talked with the friendly and helpful sales rep, to receiving the interesting material and video that explained details about the Concentrator, to actually receiving the package after only 5 days since ordering it! Now I can’t wait to start using it!

Getting a 16 cell battery for my portable oxygen concentrator is impossible. It was made less tragic by the kind and thoughtful assistance of the person handling my order.
