The people at the store were very helpful. They did not put me on hold for 20 minutes. I ordered new filters for my 2 Everflo Q Machines and they arrived promptly. When I had a question about installation and a separate problem with my Inogen Portable the service department patiently walked me through what I needed to do. Thank you Jake and the very nice gentleman in your service department who assisted me.

Our local supplier didn’t have any batteries in stock, so found you in the web. Ordered and arrived in 3 days, faster than anticipated. Should have ordered a charger as well, but price seems way out of range. I know this is medical and prices are always high , but being on limited budget with insurance not helping, not possible at this time.

My oxygen concentrator quit working correctly. I called the service center and explained what was happening they looked up my account. She told me it was still on warranty, which surprised me, and she sent me a UPS label to send it back. After about a week or week and a half I received it back, working like new!
