I have yet to try to travel by air with this product but I hope I can. So far I love it for the mobility it gives me.

Good but room to do better !

My first experience with this company was terrible. Found out later that the person was new, but lies and tardiness are never OK - No excuses. My next experience was much more positive, and I purchased a machine. The Sales Rep, Nick, knew what he was talking about. The only problem was that, although I was taking the machine home with me, there was no battery in the box for this machine. I had to wait for the original battery and the 2nd battery to be sent to me, which took 5 days.

Our consultant was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us chose the best one for our needs. He was a little too persistent while we were consulting with our doctor but it did keep his name out there. The only disappointment is that I did not receive a Thank You call or note after we purchased the product. One the positive side; I love my Inogen 3. Wonderful and so light to carry. It is approved by all of the airlines so it makes traveling so much easier.

Always helpfull

Courteous service person, part arrived promptly (& wasn't very expensive), however, the problem still remains with my oxygen concentrator..... Now I'll need to call back and set up a repair appointment....

Everything went very well - except that the SimplyGo arrived two days early and created a rush to return it within the one week rental time.
