I desperately needed a portable concentrator for my mom. I knew NOTHING about this sort of thing. I asked to be contacted, and within a few minutes, James called. What a blessing he was!!! He explained everything I needed to know, answered my questions, and helped me select the best one for my mom. I chose a demo model to save some money, and mom received it 2 days ago. She was thrilled to get it, and is extremely happy with her new concentrator. I cannot compliment James enough. He has many years of experience behind him and it shows. I really was in no mood to talk to anyone, all I wanted was a price. I have been off work for 3 months because of blood clots and was so fed up with insurances and home health care businesses as well as dealing with my own doctor office. it's like all the competent people in the world left...anyway. I decided to look at some websites and in order to get the price I had to put my email and phone number in. Jake called me and I decided to answer it because I really was thinking of buying an oxygen concentrator on my own versus continuing to deal with my insurance. Jake explained everything to me and gave me a better deal on a new concentrator and the whole deal was done within a few hours. He gave me great service and I love the concentrator he recommended.
