Everything has gone smoothly except for a letter I got. After contacting the Service Dept. & starting the process to return my machine for service I got a letter saying it hadn’t been returned and if they didn’t receive it within the next 5 days they would cancel the service order. I live in a suburb of Columbus, Ohio and we had a horrendous snow storm with 9” of snow 2 days after I got paperwork to return it? I couldn’t even get out of my development until the 5 th day after the storm??!! In winter months they need to check on the weather before threatening to cancel everything which would mean I’d have to start the whole process all over again. I sent it the 6th day after the storm & sent an e-mail advising them it was on the way. A phone call to see what the hold up was would have been much more customer friendly, I DIDN’T need to be threatened with cancellation under the circumstances.

Your website did not show the pricing for portable oxygen concentrators unless a name, e-mail, or phone number was provided. I called the 877 number and spoke to a customer service representative that explained there was no place on the website that would show the pricing and all the information involved with the unit. Having shopped on many other sites that provided a complete price and review of what they offered, I decided that I would not proceed any further with a company that would not provide this information upfront and I hung up. A few minutes later I received a voicemail from Nick Vannatta who had utilized my caller ID to regain contact with me. Nick was helpful, courteous, and professional. Nick offered to e-mail me all the information that was not available on the website and walked me through all the features and service information about the unit I was interested in. I have to say, due to Nick Vannatta taking that extra step and creating a trustworthy relationship I ordered and purchased the oxygen unit from your company....Well no, actually, I ordered and purchased the unit from Nick Vannatta.

Have concentrator on charge now. I expect it will work as planned.

Always helpful when call and quick delivery

The salesman was polite and informative. He helped realize that the portable oxygen concentrator that we originally chose was too small for intended use. Shipment was prompt and arrived on time. Support called to help set up the unit exactly when they said they would.

The imogein fell in the garage and the nozzle was bent and the "holder:" leaked. The reoplacement parts came quickly and I was able to replace the damaged parts with little effort.

Great service with knowlegable staff. Would not give up on a problem until Iwas completely satisfied. Special kudos to Nick Vannatta.
