Very good deal great to deal with fast transaction and shipment

We went to the store on Sunday and it was closed. We called and Christa answered and let us in. We found her to be delightful and helpful in getting us the product we needed. She was friendly and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable with her selling us the Claire concentrator.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! We are out in Hawai’i and they are in Colorado. The first time I used a concentrator in CO, these guys mailed it to my sister in Boulder where we picked it up coming straight from DIA. Enjoyed it during my stay back in my home of Estes Park. Then we merely dropped it off with the pre-paid postage back to Denver (from Estes Park). Superb service throughout. Now I’m buying one with same arrangement where they are mailing to Boulder. They call us in Hawai’i and are attentive, informative, very pleasant. Best customer service for anything at all in years! Use them, u will not regret it! Very gratefully, Doug Schwartzsmith

Knowledge, informative, and helpful a great place to do business with and fast shipping

Joshua fully explained how to care for and use the concentrator. The info he provided was very clear and presented in an easily understood manner.

I had to call and report that the columns in my in inogen g4 were failing. It was still under warranty, so they immediately sent replaced columns! You can count on them for fair and prompt service! I'm glad I purchased my unit from them.

Thank you! Bret Bennett was knowledgeable, didn't pressure me to get a higher priced concentrator. This was very appreciated as I am on a fixed income! I got my concentrator within a day once my Doctor sent the script in! I am pleased that the concentrator is whisper quite! Bret Bennett

Speedy and friendly service, Thanks.
