Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

Great service and prompt delivery.

Jake was great…he stuck with me until we found the perfect fit and he got it shipped to me before my trip to high altitude. Love my new X-Plor machine and took it on a hike at 9500 feet in October. It did the job. He has more recently sent me the backpack which was back-ordered. I have not tried it yet but look forward to doing so soon.. Thank you!

Thanks so much!

The tech who called was very professional and helpful. One bit of advice I appreciate is the reminder to not leave the batteries on charge any longer than necessary and to not drain battery completely more than once a month. Those two will keep the batteries in good shape for a longer time. Thank you.

The oxygen concentrator store was very easy to work with my repair of my Inogen at Home oxygen concentrator. I appreciate the efficiency with setting up everything from creating a shipping label and coordinating the repair process.

They did a great job getting the parts we needed, first the part was lost but they sent it out and we got it the next day. Thank you for great service!

Deborah went above and beyond ! She’s a life-saver! Very responsive, caring and helpful before, during and after our purchase.

I was very happy with the service and the machine. It arrived very quickly and had everything itemized including oxygen lines. My only negative comment was that there were no connectors included. I have to take from one machine that has lower values that I use for minimal activity in order to use this machine.
