Josh was extremely helpful.

We are very happy with th Inogen unit we purchased. The unit arrived sooner than expected and performs well. Katie at OCS was very knowledgeable and was able to get recomend the best option to meet my wife's needs. We are very happy with the purchase.

I always have a pleasant experience when I call Katie Y. She is very pleasant person who is knowledgeable and efficient.

This was the first site I contacted and after checking out a couple of other ones came right back and contacted Jake who was helpful and informative. We ended up with exactly what we needed at a reasonable cost. The follow up calls regarding the prescription and shipping were wonderful. Great company to do business with! Thank you!!

The salesmen were very helpful and not too pushy. Placing the order was a breeze and shipment was prompt. We received the unit in just a few days and it's working out great. The Caire unit itself is a little bulky and slightly noisy but the ease to operate it more than makes up for it's faults.

Excellent, helpful service!

I ordered a SimplyGo. Everyone was friendly and informative. I had it at home within 2-3 days. Very quickly. I love it.

They have the means of fixing my concentrator in a timely matter. And sent it back to my home to use. There staff is very professional when talking on the phone. They told me my oxygen concentrator was still under warranty so my repairs where under warranty but my tubes weren't so I just had to purchase those. Thanks for the professional matter
