Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

From my first contact with questions, to the order process, to the price, to their follow up, to my accessory order it was perfect. The staff gave me information I did not even know to ask. Their loaner/exchange program is the best I saw and I made contact with over 7 sellers. We could not be more pleased with Oxygen Concentrator Store!

People I talked to were friendly, professional and efficient. They took care of my problem quickly.

Samantha W. Was extremely helpful and patient as I made my decision and purchase. I had many questions to ensure that I felt comfortable with my purchase. I bought both a Caire Freestyle portable oxygen concentrator and a Caire home unit. I purchased later in the day on a Friday and I paid extra for overnight shipping on the portable unit. It was delivered the next day by noon. Highly recommend Samantha W. And the Oxygen Concentrator Store.

Everyone was informative and kind. Listened to my needs and suggested the machine that was right for me. I would give you a 5 star review and thank you for your help.

I appreciated their willingness to get my prescription from my main doctor and me not have to find it. I needed it in a day and they allowed that to happen.

We have made several purchases from this company and have been very pleased with the amount of time it took to receive the items and the longevity of them!

Works great so far And is lightweight and easy to charge. Also puts out required oxygen per spec

I was faced with a situation where I needed to get my mom setup on oxygen immediately. Bret was so helpful and made sure everything was taken care of in the fastest way possible. The whole experience was handled professionally and courteously. Thank you Bret, and the whole team involved! I would recommend the oxygen concentrator store to anyone.
