We dealt with, an ultimately purchased out unit from Samantha Welter. She is very thorough and very pleasant to work with We spoke with many other companies after our initial conversation with Samantha for comparison. Samantha was by far, the most attentive to details, and we feel she was the most honest sales person we were dealing with. (my son and I have been in sales, so we can see an honest person. I did not at anytime feel like I was feeling pressured. because she didn;t pressure me. She answered all of my questions promptly. I will recomend her to my friends. Samantha was a pleasure to work with.

Getting the oxygen machine was excellent but I really wanted to have an Inogen machine. I am not very pleased with the Caire machine and hope my old inogen machine can be fixed and be fixed so it runs for a long time. I am not sure about signing with the terms and conditions as I really don't know what that is all about but seems like it is the only way to submit it.

my husband's oxygen concentrator had a yellow light showing and kept beeping in the middle of the night and waking us up. We called them and they arranged a replacement that came by UPS the next day and the driver took our old machine and returned it to the concentrator store. It all went very smoothly.
