Easy to book an O2 rental. Actual size and weight of the machine differed from estimate. Reps were very helpful in providing assistance, both renting and returning equipment. One kind rep even stayed late to accommodate my late arrival.

I have asked Michael about returning the items as my husband passed away with only using it 2 times. he said yes but there would be a 25% restocking fee. I have asked for a return authorization and am still waiting to hear. I would like to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you

I am very happy with my Inogen concentrator it was the company I was a bit unhappy with. They did not send me a e-mail confirmation of my purchase or any shipping information. Not knowing the company, I was holding my breath until I got my machine.

I ordered my battery online and received it right away.

I recently purchased a oxy concentrator with the idea that I will get back 80% from Medicare. What seems strange is that the sales people from the Concentrator supply; seem to be unaware of this sales process. Also united healthcare people are not familiar with the rebate process either. I finally got Medicare forms to stop rent, forms to purchase, form for rebate, we see now if it all happens, when the $$$ come back! The machine, the price, the delivery was just great!
