I am pleased with my Oxygen Concentrator and the benefits of pugging into car and home. One thing I think would be helpful is a back pack. Do you have them? How much? Or can you throw me a free one? Carrying the unit around my neck makes my neck and back hurt. Betty.

I have ordered oxygen equipment and supplies frequently. Always have been treated with courtesy and professionalism. Email communication is prompt and accurate. Delivery is prompt and reliable.

Mars was most helpful in the purchase and speedy delivery of the Simply Go Mini Concentrator. The old one had seen it's last day and other companies had it on back order with no delivery date in sight. Mars contacted my doctor and shipped it the same day with delivery expected in 3 days.

Update: 04/26/2022 This is an update for my previous review: Courtney called me on the phone and she sent me the cannulas that Brett promised. I just received them a few minutes ago in the mail. Courtney is Brett’s manager and I really appreciated her reaching out. she is very courteous and professional. Thank you very much for your help! I’m updating the score as well ————— Two major things I didn’t appreciate: Brett, the sales person I dealt with lying to me. He said he will include a 6 months cannula tube with the oxygen concentrator and then DID NOT do what he promised and then didn’t answer or return my calls. Very low for a something inexpensive. Second, the concentrator box was open when it arrived although the machine looked new but it was an open box. What I appreciated is them fixing the financing mistake promptly and sending a new invoice (it was NOT Brett, it was one of the managers who fixed this). So overall it was an ok experience but what really tipped the scale is the Brett the sales person lying to me just to close the deal. I hope they deal with this issue so it’s not a problem in the future.

Great customer service from the beginning in explaining the various Oxygen concentrators that would suit my needs. Contacting my doctor for the script and helping to place the order was included in their service. The Concentrator Store was easy to work with and did a great job.

Working with Todd Parker was wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He had to jump through hoops to allow me to purchase my new concentrator. But he remained determined to make me happy. He kept me informed every step of the way. He made my experience so easy. He even made a follow up call to make sure everything was fine. That meant a lot to me. I’m so glad I made the purchase from your company over the other companies trying to sell to me. Todd Parker is the reason.
