Great customer service

They had what I needed!

The Oxygen Concentrator Store and their Sales Rep., Rex Albert, listened to what I needed then recommended a portable oxygen concentrator that would best fit my needs. I have only had my POC for a few days now, but it seems to do the job. The POC was delivered complete with all the accessories promised on schedule and the Oxygen Concentrator Store's price was the best compared with quotes received from other suppliers. Since receiving my oxygen concentrator I had a couple of questions about the operation of the POC and Rex was happy to answer my questions. I would recommend the Oxygen Concentrator Store to anyone.

We were very relieved to know that The Oxygen Concentrator Store is so close to our new home! We went in to purchase some new cylinders for our At Home concentrator and were so happy to get to meet Jake in person! We’ve bought an at home unit and a portable unit from him. He was just as nice in person as he was on the phone! Everyone there was so kind as well as knowledgeable about just what my daughter needed to make her life as comfortable and easy as possible. Thank you!

The Oxygen Concentrator Store staff were very knowledgeable and helped identify the perfect travel concentrator for us! Everything was professional, easy, and extremely quick.

James Gonzales is so helpful and the customer service department is a delight to deal with if you need help.

My experience with the OCS was very good. My questions were answered promptly and the purchase was seamless. I ended up buying the Claire Companion 5. It’s louder then I thought it would be by the decibel rating but equal too or less then 4 other brands/ models I’ve used. Overall performance is good.

Rex was very helpful and answered all my questions.
