The experience was good, but I would have appreciated a window time for delivery.

Purchase experience was quite good. Sales rep was helpful, Delivery was quick. Price was acceptable. Very happy. Initial product experience has been excellent. Set-up was straightforward. Product performs as advertised. Too soon to know final rating. If longer term support turns out to be as good as the purchase support was I'll bump this up to 5 stars.

Rented a concentrator to take to the Caribbean to run an anesthetic machine for a veterinary trip. Everything was easy to set up and return and the machine was a lifesaver.

The back pack for my oxy concentrator is very nice but I had to make one alteration to keep the unit from swing side to side - the Velcro type pad was not enough. Other than that I like the back pack very much but I have a hard time with how much it costs.

The salesman and the experince went just fine. I have no complaints even though price per month was a little higher than what I was told. That was ok as it wasn't all that bad.

My husband loves the backpack. The only problem is I received a call from a person saying my card had put a hold on it. I checked with my bank and they said no hold was placed on my card. This call came on a Sunday. I called the main phone number on Monday not the cell I was given on Sunday. And was told everything was fine and there was no hold. We received the package the next day.
