I needed an oxygen concentrator Respironic SimplyGo for my uncle in EMERGENCY mode, to ensure comfort and safety, and maintain good autonomy. It seemed unlikely or impossible to get the unit anywhere in Quebec and Canada that was not in stock and the endless wait without warranty was 12 to 16 weeks. I found about your business . Katie Yeadon, Chris Hollis and Matt Sweet who did a great follow up and answered our questions from your business. And I’m not bilingual and I had excellent service all along the line. I love the concentrator. I’m just a little concerned about how hot the machine gets. It’s a lot quieter than expected. But, it’s not as lightweight as I expected. I thought it would come with 2 straps so I could wear it as a backpack. The cannula’s that came in the box are extremely long, too long!
