This was the first place I called. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I decided from that alone that this was the company with which I wanted to deal. I didn’t even bother looking fir a better price!

I purchased equipment from Sales Rep. Todd that was defective. I returned the item as instructed and they shipped me new equipment even sooner than thought it would be available. With all of this everyone was very kind, efficient and caring. I strongly recommend doing business with this company.

Easy access to people who speak English (Thank heavens), quick diagnosis, accurate, and speedy delivery of new part. Thank you.

I was looking online for a couple of items for my husband. Travis Burrier saw me and immediately called and asked how he could help. I told him what we were looking for. He had my order set up in minutes along with a discount. Very friendly, efficient and courteous. Wonderful shopping experience. Thanks Travis

There is not much to say other than the unit works perfectly; it is light; effective; easy to use either as a battery operated unit or as a plug-in; it is even attractive. What more is there to want?

I:m still learning how to use it but your support staff is great.

I ordered replacement parts for my concentrator and they came very quickly. No problems at all. Very easy to deal with!

Nick helped us out of a difficult situation. The concentrator works well, easy to understand. Thank you, Rudy Wickstrom
