Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

Shortly after having the equipment installed at home along with the portable concentrator Saun called to check on everything. That’s service. A month in I decided I would like to check out their back pack ; I called Sean. He assured me it was a quality item and arranged shipment; 48 hours later it arrived . It is quality, and so is the service!

Great service

I ordered new batteries for my INOGEN G3 on day 1. They told me product will be shipped same day. I was very surprised when the batteries were delivered to my home in two days. THANK YOU, THANK YOU !!!! Dick H Oro Valley,Az

Great Service 😁👍Purchased my oxygen concentrator about a year and a half ago from you. Had some issues with it. Brought it back to you for repairs and repairs were actually finished a week before I expected. Everyone's been so friendly and helpful over there and I would highly recommend you to anybody else that needs any kind of Home Medical equipment.

The gentleman was very helpful. But was disappointed the website did not work.

The customer service was awesome, very patient with us as well as we were on the fence about what to get, this units is light, easy to use, and small enough for my 93 yr. old mother to be able to carry who has recently been battling aspirated pneumonia, so she did not have to be rolling around a large oxygen tank when she needed to go out. My sister says it is operating great

Customer service was great. Portable concentrator has been working well so far and it’s been over a month. Pleased with this purchase and with the customer service.

Your rapid response in sending my order of columns got my concentrator running in rapid time. Thank you so much for your fine service. Do I need to send the old cylinders back to you?
