Well having trouble writing these reviews but I just had to say after having customer service call me everything was very good and I have to say Larry was the man to speak so thank you Larry. After having problems from pneumonia I needed a good machine and this machine the Eclipse 5 is probably the top of the line and the best that we could do to help me out and after speaking with Larry I have a better understanding of how things work; thank you

This experience gave me back the trust, I had lost shopping on the internet. The person I delt with was attentive, patient and knew his job. The phone call was short and the product on time, in front of my apartment door! I order new devices oxygen concentration It was lost 2months with fedex finally arrived when tested not working I contacted the company the tried to help me online. Not possible they asked me to send the device they will replace this what happen great and friendly service thank you
