store is great, service is top notice. shipping cost on small items is to high
i ordered 2 filters- one for the companion 5 and on3e for the eclipse 5--total was 15 dollars--but shipping cost for these 2 lightweight items was 27. I feel that is ridiculously high for two items sent in a flat bubble envolope. Oher than that I hae no complaints.

return mailing label…
you were going to send a return item mail form. We never received it. It's extremely important. The cell that was sent does not fit my G5. We need to return this incorrect one, and desperately need the correct size. Ed is very limited as to where he can travel. Even Drs appointments are difficult to keep. He runs out of air. Please mail that return label immediately

I felt originally that the price was too high for my car charger. The person I talked to on the phone quoted me a price of $60. When I paid with my PayPal and got the invoice the bill was $75. I don't like surprises. The customer service agent on the phone should have told me there was a $15 shipping and handling charge which he did not. I was not particularly happy

I mailed my tank to your store in Dec…
I mailed my tank to your store in Dec and no one was ever able to tell me when ut would be returned or where it really was . Found out it was in Ga three months later after many calls by me. Still not repaired . Finally settled for a rebuilt one (not the new one I paid $2800.00 that same year for.) and to add insult to injury I had to pay an additional 100 $ . The final story on my new machine was it would another 4 to 6 weeks more before I might get it. That is why I settled for the rebuilt one.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in the repair of your machine. As we had informed you earlier, physical damage is not covered under warranty, and unfortunately, the REX (exchange) program is also not covered under warranty. However, we went above and beyond our policies to provide you with a working machine, which we hope has been serving you well. We understand your frustration with the situation. We would like to assure you that we always strive to provide our customers with the best possible service, and we appreciate your feedback. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.

Not impressed
Like all companies it’s easy to buy something, but service is the name of the game when you have problems. As I write this review I have waited two weeks to get a replacement battery for my mother’s oxygen concentrator. Not impressed with service. Thank God my mother didn’t give up her bottles oxygen. When I call they pick up but they never have an answer as to when the new battery ships out. The concentrator is useless without a battery. When you spend thousands of dollars and receive this type of service, I would not buy from them again. Shipments are the slowest. It takes weeks to get items. You would think with people’s breathing needs second day mail or next day mail might be an option? Think twice before you buy from this store!

Purchased in November
Purchased in November, stopped working properly in December. It shut down when I was out to dinner, showed no charge. Thankfully I had charger in car. Asked for a copy of my receipt for the purchase, did not send.

My machine stop working correctly after 3 months and replacement is tking a long while to replace.
My machine stop working correctly after only 3 months, and that's with only using it approx 10 hours, not 24 hours a day. My replacement is supposedly better, but cost $50 more. The $50 is being returned, which is great, but the replacement still isn't even ready, so I'm still using the broken machine until it arrives and not sure when that'll be done.
