I had to send it back to company
I had to send it back to company, The battery was not making a good connection.. keept shutting down. 2,000.00 for this. I hope my new one works or I will want my money back

Buyer beware …
I told them what I had and that I was looking for a 30 or 35 foot tubing. They should’ve said they do not carry that size instead of selling me two different sizes and a spitter expecting me to split my tubing three ways. Oh and by the way you can’t return it after paying 18.00 in shipping so I’m out 48.00.

Very bad customer service
I was discussing two different options with my salesperson. I made a video appointment with my lung doctor to get her input. My appointment is on 2/10. But I came home yesterday to find a delivery on my porch from The Oxygen Concentrator Store. I don't know what concentrater was sent. I am going to return it. I have called my salesman, Thatcher Mills, several times but he won't return my phone calls!

Be careful when buying
Battery didn’t make SimplyGo Mini work. The salesperson (not Luke) didn’t give good advice about what’s best for my needs and now I’m stuck with $500 battery I can’t use because it’d been over a month. I hadn’t used it immediately to know earlier. They recommend another brand oxygenator, but I wish they’d said so earlier.

Spend the extra money and get it directly from the manufacturer…
My concentrator is less than a year old, I had to pay to return it to them, and they said it could be up to six or eight weeks for me to get it back. Not only do I need that machine so I can work, but me having to pay for repairs that are under warranty is horrible. I would never recommend anybody do business with this company

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Please be aware that these cheap online oxygen concentrators do absolutely nothing. Read their refund policy carefully, as they will NOT refund your purchase. Contact your cc company as file a chargeback, explain the product was a scam. Good luck! Response to their comment: I have emailed their company and been in communication with them multiple times. Warning you to read their refund policy... they will NOT refund without ridiculous restocking and shipping fees. Company is a SCAM.
