It is a little heavy but it works. And that is all that matters. The sales people were veery courteous and went out of their way to assist me. Overall good experience.

I received immediate and superior service from Rex. He exceeded my expectations and I was able to easily order and receive a spare battery for my mom and a charging station three days ahead of schedule.

The situation: My father was visiting from overseas. During his trip he started to experience fatigue and shortness of breath. A friend of ours had a plug-in concentrator and let my father use it. It helped him tremendously. He wanted to get one. But to get one, you need a prescription from a doctor. Without getting into the details of it, my father couldn’t access his Medicare. Which just points to another big hole in our healthcare system. That’s a whole other story. Regardless, it left him uninsured. I decided to call Oxygen Concentrator Store just to see what my options were. The person I talked to was Bret. I had already talked to a couple of other reps from other companies. I also know sales/phone sales. I know when I’m being sold to. I know when you’re just trying to push numbers and when someone really gives a heck what’s going on. Especially around P.O.C.’s. This is not an emotional buy like you’re buying a new car. This is an emotional buy because someone you deeply care about is in serious need. Immediately, I felt Bret cared more about the situation than about getting the sale. He listened, he asked the right questions, offered solutions, and was patient. He wasn’t pushy. He diagnosed the situation and then offered options. This process took a couple of days. There was a lot of communication going on back and forth between email and phone calls. We were also coming up on a deadline because my father was due to get back on the plane and we need to make sure to get it with enough time before my dad’s flight. Bret went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the concentrator in time. He had even worked passed his shift to make sure he took care of us. On top of all that, there was a lot of documentation that needed to be processed when getting a P.O.C. on a plane (Hint! Hint! Looked into that!) Bret also had helped us navigate through that. We were good to go thanks to Bret! Fast forward to flight…long story short, checking in my father and sister on the plane. We present documentation for P.O.C.. Which leads to conversation with airline staff nurse. Which leads to my father not getting on the plane and they need more documentation. Whole other story again…but end up being blessings! So, we reschedule for departure the following day. I call Bret! He’s not there. It’s his day off. So, now I’m talking with Jake. I explain the situation to him and he tries to get a hold of his manager. Can’t. He gets back on the phone. ‘My manager is unavailable. I’ll have him give you a call back.’ At this point, based on past experiences, I’m partly thinking, ‘the sale is done. It’s no longer my problem. The manager will get to him on his time…’ In a very concerned tone I firmly said, ‘Jake! I need this to happen in the next 5-10 minutes!’ 5 minutes later, my phone rings! Jake put aside my demanding jackassery and heard my concern and got the manager to call me back in five minutes! Thank you, Jake, for your patience and getting it done! Now I’m talking with Aaron, the manager. He picks up right where Bret left off! Aaron could sense I was working in a little frenzy and understood the urgency of the situation. He listened, he understood what was happening, and he expedited with the urgency that allowed me and my father comfort and security that we were in good hands, that it was going to all work out! And it did! Aaron also went above and beyond what I expected! For me the success and failure of any relationship is based on how well you are able to communicate with each other. This relationship was hugely successful because these guys communicated. They listened to more than what was being said, they responded accordingly and timely, and the communicated to me with authenticity! You can tell that these guys care more about the sale. They care about their customers. They care about the service they provide. They care about the company. They care about each other! I know this may be a little long. But I wanted to take the time to write this and acknowledge these guys and their company. In huge part, because they took their time and provided comfort for my father. I highly recommend this company and these gentlemen. They will take great care of you and for you!! Bret, Jake, and Aaron- Thank you fellas! Very much appreciate you guys and what you do! You made it so much easier for me to spend quality time with my Ol’ Man! Oh yeah, got the Caire Freestyle Portable Concentrator. Golden and is FAA approved. Dad loves it. Just make sure to research airline requirements if traveling by plane.

We appreciate the counseling and help that Nick gave us. My wife is now using the concentrator when we leave the house. Next week we go on a vacation for one week and she will enjoy using the light portable .concentrator.
