I was treated well and received my Inogen fast. I did feel rushed.

Not the greatest, not the best, but ok!

Had to negotiate over several days in order to arrive at agreeable item, costs. Salesman was ok ; somewhat haughty and impatient. Finally listened to what was being said. Guess that’s his job.

The overall experience would had been better if I received the $100 coupon discount that was advertised. I have mentioned it to mr. Tafoya. Otherwise, I love the CAIRE FREESTYLE COMFORT model. I just hope it's going to last and I outlive it. Lol Update Thanks Aaron for contacting me and refunding the $100 .You're working for a class act company when you value the customers over profit. Good Customer service. Delivery on time. I just start using the unit, still no opinion. I expected the unit to be more quiet compared to INVACARE Platinum 10 - to me sounds the same. I would recommend the unit.

Inogen in the latest model finally lets me be mobile. Previous iterations were still just too heavy...falling off the shoulder, too bulky to manage with a purse, walker , etc. Too bad Medicare would not pay for this one...too top of the line. So I plunked out $2300 for this one but it is worth it since it will be with me the rest of my life. Waiting for one even lighter still!

Although I needed to return my concentrator, the service I received from each representative I spoke with was excellent. I will use them again in the future if the opportunity arises.

Experience was okay. I think the batteries are to high priced!
