Everyone was very helpful from Linda, who first took my call regarding an issue with our Simply Go concentrator and informed me of the cost of repairs up front, to Nolan who helped me order a replacement, to Tammy in service who went out of her way to have Nolan take photos of her next to the concentrators in stock so I could judge the size and determine which would fit best in our van. We could not wait 4-8 weeks for repairs or replacement of the Simply Go so with great teamwork your staff got us a concentrator with a longer warranty than the Simply Go delivered in 2 days. Everyone was professional and gracious in helping me. Even Nolan, who had to cancel my previous order for the Simply Go and reorder the Oxline 5 for us. Great folks all around.

The company did what they said they would. Delivered the item in a timely manner and the equipment works as promised.

Repairs as promised. Took a little longer than I expected, but it worked fine when returned to us.

I paid for my postage. Have not received postage in mail. It’s been 8 days and was suppose to receive in 4 days so I can get my concentrator repaired or replaced. Please help. It cost 60 dollars for the postage. I could have just shipped myself. She told me to pay up front and I did. Pleas Don’t cancel my order. I need my machine repaired.
