In the past 8 to 10 dqys I have gotten help from two of your employes that has been the best two sessions that I have ever had. One solved a probem the other tyried very hard to solve a problem and ended up offering another solution. In both case your employes (nick and Michael) were very patient and pleasnt with an old man. Nick was thorough and patient explaining the options for my initial order; then he hustled so our boxes could get into the UPS pickup that night. Nick was again supportive and helpful when we wanted to exchange one product. Michael was knowledgeable and detail-oriented helping me learn what was causing an alarm light. I am more than 100% pleased with this company and highly recommend them.
