After receiving the oxygen concentrator and plugging it in, it was obviously damaged in shipping. Ordered a replacement that arrived within 4 days, including over a weekend and it is working perfectly. Although having to pay for two, a refund will be issued after they get the first one back. Wonderful customer service!

I ordered a DC power cord for my Inogen 5 because I could not find the original one. It came within several days and was very useful on my road trip. However, when using the unit in the car, the cord got very hot during the trip and could NOT charge the battery sufficiently while using it.
