I'd like to thank our sales rep, John, for sticking with us while our doctor's office was going through a computer system changeover which inadvertently held up our order a bit. John was a good as his word about providing us everything we discussed in our order and going beyond expectations in insuring that we got exactly what was needed. The UPS tracking was a little crazy but it turned out fine and the shipment arrived in the timeframe that John indicated it would. Finally, I have charged the batteries, strapped on the POC and practiced dancing with my husband with it on. It works!!! Thank you so much.

My experience was excellent! It was so nice to speak with someone who could answer all my questions and he followed up me through the sales and after the delivery to offer his assistance if I needed it.

All your oxygen machine needs.
Nick was very informed on all types of ads and quality of machines that show up on line. He gave good advice and options that I could reproduce with other vendors when I was dealing from an informed position.
