Price was right and sales rep was helpful. The unit cane and wasn't working right and I contacted same sales rep, but he never got to.me on that. He has been persistent in trying to get a required prescription. My mom got the unit working, and in general, is happy with it although it is heavy and difficult for her to handle.

Had trouble finding the right name of the company to use my Care Credit. Salesman was very helpful.

I was under the understanding that UPS would deliver and pick up my rental concentrator. I had to arrange UPS pick up or deliver the machine to a store. The latter would have meant a bus ride or UBER to and from the store. I arranged the pick up with UPS myself for a nominal fee. Otherwise I was pleased that the device was waiting for me when we got to the condo and that everything worked fine as advertised.

Disappointed your price was significantly higher than Inogen. Thinking you knew that. But it was easily resolved when i called and said i wanted to cancel the order. Thank you.

Definitely allows more air flow, twice the needed amount , however it is very hard keeping the pendulum part up right on the chest . It flips upside down blocking the air . Tuning is very thick that goes around the face and in the nose. Not to comfortable but definitely allow more Air flow
