they were helpful, professional and quick to fulfill my need for a concentrator battery.

It gives me more energy snd less pain

Your oxygen consultant, Nick Vannatta is very professional & helpful. Had an emergency with my portable concentrator. He fit me in for service on a Saturday morning even though he had another client scheduled & was making late Friday evening & early Saturday morning deliveries. Great service!

I got my questions answered and my order filled with no problem. The order arrived as indicated and in good condition.

I was treated with respect and my portable unit is wonderful. It arrived quickly with easy to read instructions. I will buy all oxygen products from here.

I purchased a Caire Free Style Comfort oxygen concentrator for my 98-year-old Mother. Nick is a great sales rep. He answered all my questions clearly, was very professional and able to deliver the equipment the next day. I appreciate the great customer service, quality of equipment and ease of ordering. Thanks for all your help!

They checked my warranty and fixed my unit in half the time

Benjamin was very helpful and told me to look at the competitors reviews on Trustpilot. I did and decideded to go with The Oxygen Concentrator Store. What I bought was exactly what I needed.
