I called to get assistance with a warranty repair. My unit was not producing oxygen at the required level. The customer service was very prompt, friendly, and professional. I received approval to ship the unit back for repair and hopefully that will correct the issue.

I wasn't just another sale! Nick Vanatt was very patient, polite and knowledgeable. He took his time and fully explained how the G5 worked, the various parts and accessories.
