Great service and very helpful

Prompt delivery. Machine is fine.

Should be an 8 hr. battery as standard.

Great customer service! Joshua is an exceptional employee and perfect for his job in rentals. The unit was cumbersome for an older person to fit under the seat of the airplane. I also couldn't turn the unit on in that position, which could have been on me because I didn't carefully read all the instructions.

I have a better opinion of this store since talking with Aaron about the lack of good communication on 4/5/2019. We had an extra charge show up in our account that was hard to understand. Once he explained why it was done that way it made more sense. I have been pleased with speed of service and every thing I needed arrived as I ordered it. I still need some time to have total trust in this store.

We feel like we received friendly and business like treatment. I was "put-off" at one point when we discussed a purchase for a certain price. I wanted to quickly discuss it with husband before final answer. I called back 5 minutes later and the purchase was no longer available. Initially I thought it might be "bait and switch). Then your associate put several other deals together. We were able to find one that fit our needs. We are now waiting for its arrival.

Good product so far. He has only been using it for a couple of weeks. Took away one star because the order details including delivery date needs to be emphasized better. The people ordering are generally older individuals like my father and he got anxious when the order took longer than he thought. Customer service was helpful and tracked the package.

Wish I would have bought a new inogen 4
