I bought a Bellascura O concentrator from the OC Store during Covid because Inogen concentrators weren't available. I liked it okay. But then the seive cartridge failed over and over on the Bella. one. I called the OC Store and spoke about my dissatisfaction with the Bella. machine. Tammy called me from the OC Store the same day. She said that they had had continual problems w/ the Bella. machine. She offered without me asking a reconditioned Inogen machine w/ a larger battery for no cost to me! That was terrific customer service on her part! I appreciate her proactive response.
