Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

I was asked about what my needs were & a machine selected that was right for me. My questions were answered completely. No pressure to buy. Machine arrived promptly & in excellent condition. It was worked right out of the box

Customer service was amazing! Very helpful with questions. Nothing was too much trouble! The person that I had helping me was very kind understanding and very efficient.I dealt with Mars and he was most helpful with everything.

Sean Lowe was excellent. Very helpful and made the process easy.

I experienced running out of oxygen on my portable, and viewed the Oxygen site, and decided I was going to get the 16 cell battery, and the extra charger. WOW!! I can now go to Senior center for there programs and not run out of oxygen. I have the 16 cell, and 2 8 cell batteries and now I can go on daily trips, take my charger along and have more to spare. Best investment possible for me.

They had parts for my own portable concentrator so I did not have to buy a new one & being on a small income I was having trouble finding one I could afford They were up front about what the parts would cost & then the were kind enough to contact my grandson who brought them for me so once again I am now able to travel after being house bound for a month I can not say how much this has meant to me Thank you so much

I Recently purchased plastic hose for my ox concentrator. I use fifty fotters. I was amazed I got it the next day in excellent condition. They even showed me how to stretch it out to reduce kinking. I like that.

What made my experience great was the operator knowing exactly what I needed to purchase for my cousins machine, the backpack 🎒. I think it is great how the company is creating products that help their customers lead a good life even when on oxygen.

We needed oxygen support for my 85 year old Dad in NJ, and we needed it FAST. Mars Batton was LITERALLY, a life-saver. Mars was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was honest and kind. He was a pleasure to work with and such a relief to have a compassionate and intelligent human on the other end of the phone line in my most desperate time of need. Mars was able to quickly react when the Doctor was late calling me to set up the appointment to have oxygen device approved. We were racing against the clock because the UPS truck was going to pick up soon. Because of Mars, the doctor called me right away. In the end Mars, WAITED a bit after hours to be SURE that our oxygen until was on the truck for delivery. My Dad needed and has been using the oxygen from the moment it arrived in N.J. God bless you, Mars! You are a gift to not only your employer, but a gift to the world! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. I told all 5 of my siblings what you did. It takes a village and you never know how far your kindness will go. In this your kindness and efficiency and caring is saving a life. The life of an absolutely incredible human being, our Dad!! The truest of gentleman, smart, funny, endearing, and the best father any person could be blessed to have. Thank you, Mars. Sincerely, Mary Evert (561) 809-9122
