Phone consultation was outstanding, eventually guiding me to the problem and offering a detailed explanation on how to fix it. The fix included sending me new columns, an event that was expeditiously handled.

I’m really happy with my oxygen concentrator, very easy to operate ,the only drawback I made was getting the 8cell battery in stead of the 16 cell, I’ll probably get it in the near future..

I needed a new home concentrator. Mars Batton was patient in explaining the various machines and which would be best for my lifestyle. He did great, give the man a nice raise!
