The representative was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. I was given a decent price for the replacement canisters. My only quibble through out the transaction was that I think the shipping charges were somewhat excessive. I have been spoiled by free shipping, and paying $45.00 seems high. But everything was handled professionally and I received the items quite quickly.

Would be nice if the seller would contact me to ask us how we like the machine. Or at least a courtesy call on the part of the seller.

It's OK, just a little heavy with other equipment required.

Initially had a problem with the crackle, pop noise but I have adjusted. Still don't like the "darth vader" breathing noise but like the machine. It is lighter than the small oxygen tanks I was using so that is an improvement plus being on battery is a big help. Much better than other heavier machines. Oops, thought I was reviewing equipment. People I worked with were extremely helpful and professional. Would recommend!
