The 1st one sent was damaged and broke
The 1st one sent was damaged and broke. Sent the 2nd one quickly. Works well. Quiet except for pulsing. Sounds like my hand held oxygenator. Telling me when to breathe. Will buy from them again.

Great service!
As always, the staff at The Oxygen Concentrator Store repaired my machine really quickly. Everyone was very helpful and did not hesitate to answer all of my questions. The best in the business!

I came to you with no knowledge of how…
I came to you with no knowledge of how the oxygen concentrator worked and the best for me. Luke was very informative and was excellent on explaining his machines. He is good at his job, and very professional in the way he presents his product. If I know of anyone in need of oxygen consontrator I would certainly recommend they call you. David was professional and…
David was professional and knowledgeable. We bought the Caire and was happy with the unit but the back pack and over the shoulder pads are not padded and are painful. We have had to spend more money to purchase a regular backpack and have had to hire someone to modify it.

Great experience that started a little…
Great experience that started a little ruff. The original unit I first received broke within a few days. I called Nick and he was quick to get me a replacement. The replacement has operated fine. I called Rick again thinking it had broke again, because I was not getting any air flow through the nasal tube. He walked me through a couple of question resulting in the humidifier was plugged up. I removed the humidifier and hooked the tube up directly. Problem solved and ordered two humidifiers in case the new one received followed suit. I use the humidifier because when hook up direct, it dries my nasal channels. Great machine backed by great and knowledgeable representatives. Thank you!

Working with Bret Bennett
I worked with Bret Bennett and had the most marvelous experience. Bret helped me get my machine quickly which was great because mine wasn't working at all and it was hard to sleep. He listened to me and made great suggestions based on my needs not on what he could sell me. I highly recommend the Oxygen Concentrator Store and most specifically, Bret Bennett, if you want a great experience.
