Initial service was great. Once I actually bought the unit, the agent NEVER responded to emails or questions. Fortunately, the unit works great. Need to work on customer support!

Merchandise was as advertised. Arrived as promised. Only negative was my experiences with the sales department. The personnel I dealt with all seemed to be quite young. I got the impression that they were a team all in one very noisy room. It sounded like films I have seen of penny-stock-sales boiler rooms. Very distracting.

Dealing with Rann and Aaron was very pleasing. They both did everything they could to assist me with this purchase. I am very pleased with their professionalism and thank them both very much. The only reason I did not give your company the highest rating was because I am still waiting for the product to arrive. Ed Bassett

I liked the salesman , I dint think sending a $695.00 MACHINE WITHOUT one canula for the machine. I think you should still send one or two for my order,you would think I would receive one with the order. It only makes sense. The customer expects one or two, talk about cutting corners man.

I ordered the Inogen concentrator which is needed ASAP for my wife . I was contacted by Nick and he supplied it with all the necessary, Info and we received it in a few days. He also followed up to make sure it arrived and everything was in order...... THANX TIM /Pat Harrington
