I am so thankful that Brett has been the sales person dealing with me. Brett was so honest and helpful to me and answered my multiple phone calls due to issues that we were having with getting my concentrator to me.. then I look at my email and I see the concentrator has been sent. He gave me so much information and was always respectful.

The sales rep James G. made everything easy. Thank you James! Through the ups and downs of our lives, it was ordered then canceled and then ordered again. even though we just got the concentrator a few days ago it has made my mother and my life so much better.
