The agent I worked with, Katie Yeadon, was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. The purchase wasn’t any big deal (except the price of course) and i received some discounts, which was nice. Scheduling the online dr. appointment went as they usually do and the item shipped next day. Received a couple of update emails and everything arrived on time, intact, and functioning. Very professional, no hype, will recommend to others.
