The unit arrived on time and works very well. Wish that there was more tubing connected to the cannula. Just a few feet (6?) meant I couldn't move very far from the machine. 15 or 20 feet would have been better. I had to use my portable 02 concentrator a lot more than normal, and it is heavy.

The service was fine. The oxygen concentrator is a bit heavy to transport and the liters I desired was 3 but the machine only goes up to 2. It would be wonderful if someone could devise a machine that could give continuous flow up to 3 and still be light weight.

What's important is that in a couple of days I will receive the product I searched for! Great! However, I'd like a person who didn't design the site to order a G4 replacement column. Please maneuver through the process from logging in to shipping. I made many incorrect selections and almost gave up on this site. Thanks.

This was a tuff order for me as I got into a bad accident and my comprehension was not in the best order. I do need to order more items for theater larger concentrator and want it to come stright to my house please.

Just before authorizing payment I found out that could have gotten the oxygen concentrator from another source for $335.00 less by using a discount code (pdx593), but I made an agreement with Nick to purchase it from him and a person is no better than their word. Other than that, the service was great and Nick was quick to respond to my questions. Very satisfied with the equipment.

HAS NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH MY WIFE TO BE SURE I GOT THEM & THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK & WORKING OR IF WE HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS OR IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING.....I THOUGHT THAT WAS PART OF THE JOB????
