Nick was knowledgeable and helpful
Nick was knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery of my concentrator was next day. I have not called for my introduction but I am doing well just reading the manual. Thanks.

Everyone is very helpful and willing to…help. All very professional and friendly.
Everyone is very helpful and willing to help. The only thing that could be done much better is corporate who can look into fixing items more quickly. Fortunately I have two home concentrators and had to haul it up and down stairs a couple of times per day otherwise I would have had to rent one for 12 weeks which could have added up to purchasing another machine! People on fixed incomes can’t afford this wait time. This is not a complaint but something corporate may want to look at. All my dealings have been excellent —- you have a great staff here in Colorado.

Staff were pleasant to help me receive my refund after Dr. Indicated this machine would not meet my continuous O2 needs. I wanted so much for this to work for me for the freedom it provides.
