Jake was very helpful
Jake was very helpful. I originally bought the big concentrator, but when I got, it was apparent the concentrator was to heavy for me to handle. I contacted them and they shipped me a portable concentrator. It arrived in two days. They also sent me a return label. I boxed it back up, took it to UPS and shipped it back.

Freedom to move around
I appreciate receiving the concentrator in a timely manner. I am a public speaker, and it has given me more freedom to speak when and where I am needed.

Great Customer Service
