I Purchased a Caire Freestyle Comfort oxygen concentrator.
I Purchased, a Caire Freestyle Comfort, oxygen concentrator from American Medical Sales & Repair. Received it charged it, it worked for one day. Came home that evening. Just putting it to charge, and it would not start charging. I tried many a time and it just wouldn’t work. The next day, my daughter came over and she tried, and it would not work, it just would not take a charge. I called Drew Williams who has sold me this machine and he gave me a phone number for Support to walk me through how to go about getting it to charge. Support gave us the instructions as to how to get it to charge. We tried several times and it just would not start charging. Our support person said I guess you have to send it back for repair or replacement. At this point, I was not very happy with this machine at all, and I did not want to get another one like it as I had a bad experience with this one. I called Drew Williams once again and he said he would send me a replacement, but I said I did not want this machine as I had a bad experience already, and did not want the Caire Freestyle Comfort. I said I would like an Inogen One G5, which he had given me details on before, he then told me that they could not sell me an Inogen concentrator as they did not have a license to sell them. I was rather confused as he had given me details of it prior and when I questioned him on it, he said he was just using it as a comparison . Drew then told me he would send me a shipping label and then I could return the unit, and he would refund me the whole amount including shipping. I have waited 7 to 8 days to hear from him as I am sure that he has received the parcel by now, as I would like to receive my refund as my credit card is due in a few days, and I do not want to pay a big amount or pay Credit charges on a concentrator that I do not have. The tracking number on this parcel was 1ZYV 22358850750101, I would appreciate if you would look into this matter, as I do not want to pay interest charges on this big size of a billing that I do not have.
