From the moment I spoke with David Murphy, I knew I was going to purchase the Inogen oxygen machine. David answered all my phone calls and he felt like family. He was very patient with me. He answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. David is truly in the right profession. He made the entire experience carefree from the beginning to the end. The machine came exactly when he said it would arrive. As a matter of fact, it came earlier than expected. The packaging was superb and the machine was easy to assemble. I can't give David enough accolades for all he has done for me. I shared with him that I wanted to fly home and I needed help on how to go about doing just that. He explained every question that I had and explained how your wonderful company works. I'm so happy to have this fantastic portable oxygen machine. Again, I can't say enough good things about David. Inogen is fortunate to have him on their team. I can only hope that David has a long term working relationship with your company so that others can have the same wonderful experience as I did and I know he will. I have already given two referrals directly to David. With that said, you have a great employee in David. Thank you for everything you've done for me. I am truly ecstatic.
