Recognized my original purchase from them sent a mailing label and within one and a 1 weeks they had received the machine and sent it back working beautifully. Couldn't be more satisfied.

The staff really knows their products
The staff really knows their products, and is very helpful to those of us looking for a specific concentrator with little knowledge when we come in the door. Thatcher is an excellent salesman who ensures that we fully understand what we’re getting. Everyone we’ve dealt with there is professional and helpful. I would highly recommend you to anyone who has oxygen needs.

Best store to buy portable oxygen concentrator
My neighbor recommended Aaron at American Medical Sales and Rentals, and I’m so glad she did! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process easy. I purchased the same oxygen concentrator package my neighbor bought, and even though it wasn’t on sale, Aaron gave me a great deal. The delivery was very fast, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Aaron and American Medical Sales and Rentals!

I thought I purchased the lightest unit.
I thought I purchased the lightest unit. I was delivered the box and opened the box today. I got the #4. I wonder why I didn't get the #5 which is the lightest. Please call me about this matter. My # is 4802509331. Person who waited on me was Cassie. I gound out that the #4 is lighted. I'm happy!

After my 1st purchase, I've never had a reason to look elsewhere
